Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
3v3 Manitoba ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through 3v3manitoba.ca, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By joining our list you agree to this policy.
Who we are
3v3 Manitoba is a street soccer operator based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@3v3manitoba.ca.
What we collect
Information you give us when you join our early-access list:
- Your name (optional)
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The event interests you select, such as adult league, tournaments, school programs, rentals, community events, or youth and parent
Information collected automatically when you visit the site: basic device and usage data, and advertising and analytics identifiers set through cookies and similar technologies. See Cookies and advertising below.
How we use your information
- To add you to our list and contact you about Summer 2026 events, first access, and early-bird pricing for the offerings you chose
- To measure and improve our marketing and website
- To respond to your questions and requests
Registration and event participation
When you register a team or sign up as a player for a 3v3 Manitoba event through our GameDay platform, we collect the information we need to run the event and keep participants safe:
- Team and contact details: team name, and the registering contact's name, email, and phone
- Player details for each participant: name, date of birth, and playing level
- A signed participant waiver for every player, including the signer's name, and for a player under 18 the parent or legal guardian who signs on their behalf
- Emergency contact name and phone
- Each participant's email and phone, which we use to reach them about the event and future 3v3 Manitoba activities
- Your choice on photo and video consent, which is optional and does not affect participation
- Payment status and method for registration fees. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers
We use this information to organize registration, scheduling, and check-in, to contact participants and their families, and to meet our safety and insurance obligations. Our insurance requires a signed waiver for every participant before they play, so we keep those waiver records on file for as long as needed for legal, insurance, and safety purposes. Where a participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian provides this information and gives consent on the child's behalf.
Consent and legal basis
We process your information based on your consent, which you give when you join our list. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) we send commercial email only with your consent, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Where the European Union or United Kingdom GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in promoting our events. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to understand how our ads perform and to reach relevant audiences. This may set cookies and share limited event data, such as page views and form submissions, with Meta. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and control ad personalization in your Meta account settings.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us run our list and our advertising, and only so they can perform those services for us:
- Klaviyo, for managing and sending our emails
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement and audiences
- Stripe, to process registration payments
- Resend, to send registration and event emails
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the measurement described above.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process your information in the United States and other countries. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on our list and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it or you unsubscribe, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- If you are in California, you may request to know, delete, and correct your information, and opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell your information.
- If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
To exercise any of these, email contact@3v3manitoba.ca. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by the law that applies to you.
